Just a quick lunch idea. I had a leftover boiled egg, and a leftover strip of bacon. Add cheese and you have a treat!

Ingredients

hard cooked egg
1 slice
bacon, cooked and crumbled
1-2 Tbsp
mayonnaise
2 Tbsp
shredded cheese
salt and pepper to taste

  • 1Chop egg and bacon and place in a small bowl. Stir in mayonnaise and cheese; mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve open-faced on toast.
