bacon and egg salad

Just a quick lunch idea. I had a leftover boiled egg, and a leftover strip of bacon. Add cheese and you have a treat!

Ingredients

  • 1 - hard cooked egg
  • 1 slice bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1-2 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons shredded cheese
  • - salt and pepper to taste

How To Make bacon and egg salad

  • Step 1
    Chop egg and bacon and place in a small bowl. Stir in mayonnaise and cheese; mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve open-faced on toast.
