- 1 - hard cooked egg
- 1 slice bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1-2 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons shredded cheese

How To Make bacon and egg salad

Step 1Chop egg and bacon and place in a small bowl. Stir in mayonnaise and cheese; mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve open-faced on toast.
