- 2 - hard boiled eggs
- 1/2 - avocado
- 1/2 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
How To Make avocado egg salad

Step 1Mash with fork the hard boiled eggs. Mash in the 1/2 avocado with the eggs. (You can also use one Wholly Guacamole or Wholly Avocado mini)

Step 2Add the mustard and lemon juice and mix well.

Step 3Works great on pitas, flat bread, bread, bagels.
