Ingredients

  • 4 - fresh asparagus spears cut into 3/4 inch pieces
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1/8 cup milk
  • - salt and pepper to taste
  • - cooking spray
  • - grated cheese for garnish

How To Make asparagus and eggs

  • Step 1
    Spray pan with cooking spray. Over medium/high heat cook the asparagus for about two minutes until just starting to soften.
  • Step 2
    Beat together eggs, milk, salt, pepper and add to the pan with the asparagus.
  • Step 3
    Cook, stirring constantly, until eggs are set.
  • Step 4
    Add cheese and serve.
