    fresh asparagus spears cut into 3/4 inch pieces
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1/8 c
    milk
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste
  • ·
    cooking spray
  • ·
    grated cheese for garnish

How to Make Asparagus and eggs

Step-by-Step

  1. Spray pan with cooking spray. Over medium/high heat cook the asparagus for about two minutes until just starting to soften.
  2. Beat together eggs, milk, salt, pepper and add to the pan with the asparagus.
  3. Cook, stirring constantly, until eggs are set.
  4. Add cheese and serve.
