Ingredients
- 4 - fresh asparagus spears cut into 3/4 inch pieces
- 2 - eggs
- 1/8 cup milk
- - salt and pepper to taste
- - cooking spray
- - grated cheese for garnish
How To Make asparagus and eggs

Step 1Spray pan with cooking spray. Over medium/high heat cook the asparagus for about two minutes until just starting to soften.

Step 2Beat together eggs, milk, salt, pepper and add to the pan with the asparagus.

Step 3Cook, stirring constantly, until eggs are set.
