- 1 - cup vanilla ice cream
- 3 - tablespoons amaretto or grand marnier
- 1/2 - cup almonds, sliced and toasted
- 2 - eggs
- 1 - cup milk
- 3 - tablespoons butter, melted (for frying pancakes)
- 1 1/2 - cups flour
- 1 - tablespoon baking powder
- 3 - tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 - teaspoon salt
- 3/4 - cup blueberries
How To Make amaretto blueberry pancakes

Step 1Sauce Melt ice cream in fridge, stir in Amaretto Liqueur or Grand Marnia, reserve almonds for garnish.

Step 2Pancakes Combine eggs, milk and butter.

Step 3In separate bowl add flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.

Step 4Stir flour mixture into egg mixture.

Step 5DO NOT OVER BEAT.

Step 6Gently stir in blueberries.

Step 7Heat griddle, add a little butter and cook pancakes.

Step 8Serve with sauce and garnish with almonds.
