Recipe adapted from "Clean Slate - A Cookbook and Guide, " from the editors of Martha Stewart Living.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups old fashion rolled oats (no quick cooking)
  • 2/3 cup yogurt (no greek)
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

How To Make no cook oatmeal

  • Step 1
    Whisk together yogurt, milk, vanilla, and salt in a bowl until smooth.
  • Step 2
    Stir in oats.
  • Step 3
    Cover and refrigerate at least three hours and up to overnight
  • Step 4
    Serve cold with your favorite oatmeal add-ins. Can serve warm -- add a little more milk, stir, and heat to temperature in your microwave oven. Enjoy!
