Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c
    old fashion rolled oats (no quick cooking)
  • 2/3 c
    yogurt (no greek)
  • 2/3 c
    milk
  • 1 Tbsp
    pure vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch
    salt

How to Make No Cook Oatmeal

Step-by-Step

  1. Whisk together yogurt, milk, vanilla, and salt in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Stir in oats.
  3. Cover and refrigerate at least three hours and up to overnight
  4. Serve cold with your favorite oatmeal add-ins. Can serve warm -- add a little more milk, stir, and heat to temperature in your microwave oven. Enjoy!
