Ingredients

old fashion rolled oats (no quick cooking)
2/3 c
yogurt (no greek)
2/3 c
milk
1 Tbsp
pure vanilla extract
1 pinch
salt

How to Make No Cook Oatmeal

Step-by-Step

  • 1Whisk together yogurt, milk, vanilla, and salt in a bowl until smooth.
  • 2Stir in oats.
  • 3Cover and refrigerate at least three hours and up to overnight
  • 4Serve cold with your favorite oatmeal add-ins. Can serve warm -- add a little more milk, stir, and heat to temperature in your microwave oven. Enjoy!
