- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In blender, combine flour, salt, pepper, milk and cheese. Blend on medium speed. Spray mini muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray. Pour batter 3/4 full in muffin cups. Bake until puffed and golden brown. About 20-25 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
