  • 1/2 c
    fat free ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 c
    fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 tsp
    sugar substitute or to taste
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground cinnamon or to taste

How to Make Fruit & Cheese Danish


  1. Spread each slice of toast with 1/4 cup ricotta, top each with 1/4 cup blueberries. Combine sugar substitute with cinnamon; sprinkle over top. Broil until berries just start to burst.
