- 2 slices reduced calorie whole wheat bread, toasted
- 1/2 cup fat free ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar substitute or to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon or to taste
How To Make fruit & cheese danish

Step 1Spread each slice of toast with 1/4 cup ricotta, top each with 1/4 cup blueberries. Combine sugar substitute with cinnamon; sprinkle over top. Broil until berries just start to burst.
