  • 2 slices reduced calorie whole wheat bread, toasted
  • 1/2 cup fat free ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar substitute or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon or to taste

How To Make fruit & cheese danish

  • Step 1
    Spread each slice of toast with 1/4 cup ricotta, top each with 1/4 cup blueberries. Combine sugar substitute with cinnamon; sprinkle over top. Broil until berries just start to burst.
