- 1 - light english muffin
- 4 slices fresh tomatoes
- 1/4 cup fat free hard or semi soft cheese, shredded
How To Make breakfast pizza

Step 1Divide scrambled egg between muffin halves; top each with 2 tomato slices and sprinkle each with 2 tbsp cheese. Place in an oven or toaster oven; cook until heated through and cheese melts.
