Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup oatmeal, uncooked
- 2 - bananas large
- 1/3 cup milk, 2%
- 1/4 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 - eggs
How To Make banana oatmeal muffins

Step 1combine dry ingredients in a bowl, combine wet ingredients in another bowl. Add wet ingredients to dry and mix just until combined.

Step 2Bake at 350 for approximately 25 minutes or until toothpick in center comes out clean

Step 3Notes: The original recipe calls for buttermilk, I use 2% milk instead. The original recipe also uses oil instead of yogurt. I much prefer the yogurt. The texture is better and the flavor is better. I have also tried strawberry yogurt and that was good also. You can add cinnamon or nutmeg if you which.
