How to Make Banana Oatmeal Muffins

Step-by-Step

  1. combine dry ingredients in a bowl, combine wet ingredients in another bowl. Add wet ingredients to dry and mix just until combined.
  2. Bake at 350 for approximately 25 minutes or until toothpick in center comes out clean
  3. Notes:

The original recipe calls for buttermilk, I use 2% milk instead. The original recipe also uses oil instead of yogurt. I much prefer the yogurt. The texture is better and the flavor is better. I have also tried strawberry yogurt and that was good also. You can add cinnamon or nutmeg if you which.
