Grab these instead of sugar packed granola bars. They are less expensive and you know exactly what is in them. They are great. They are Gluten free and diabetic friendly. Found them on sugarfreemom.com, a great web site for diabetics.

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 6 individ packages stevia (sugar subistute)
- 2 - whole eggs
- 2 cups unsweetened applesauce
- 5 cups old fashion oats (not minute oats)
- 1/4 cup flaxseed meal
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- - optinal toppings: raisins, walnuts, small choclate chips
- 1 - mashed banana (i forgot to add it earlier)
How To Make baked oatmeal to go

Step 1Preheat oven to 350.

Step 2Mix eggs, vanilla, applesauce, mashed banana, & stevia.

Step 3Add oats, flax meal, cinnamon, baking powder,salt and mix well with the above wet ingredients. Add milk and mix well.

Step 4Spray a 12 & 6 cup muffin tin with cooking spray or use liners.

Step 5Pour mix into muffin tin or liners. If adding optinal toppings add them now. Bake 30 minutes. They may be frozen in gallon freezer containers.
