Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon milk or cream
  • dash - salt
  • 4 slices bread, whole wheat
  • 16 - raspberries or any berry

How To Make sunday morning french toast breakfast

  • Step 1
    in a medium size flat bottom bowl beat the eggs, cream, salt together until homogeneous
  • Step 2
    dip bread in batter until just covered and put on a 350'F greased griddle
  • Step 3
    flip the bread over when underside is golden brown. Add fruit and press in a little
  • Step 4
    I usually flip the toast back over when the underside is done for a little while to heat the fruit in the griddle. That can get a little messy depending on the fruit used but brings out the flavor usually.
