- 2 cups heart healthy bisquick baking mix
- 2 - eggs
- 1 cup 1% milk
- 1/2 cup club soda
- 1 tablespoon canola oil, or vegetable oil
- 1 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
How To Make on the go blueberry pancake muffins

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Spray a 12 muffin pan w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, combine bisquick mix,eggs, milk, club soda and oil. Pour evenly into muffin cups.

Step 2Sprinkle each cup w/ blueberries. Bake about 20 mins, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Brush tops w/ syrup.
