- 3 cups frozen pineaple
- 3 cups baby spinach
- 1 cup frozen banana
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- - juice from 1/2 lemon
How To Make green detox smoothie

Step 1Combine all ingredients in blender along with a little water or juice.(depending on how thick or runny you want your smoothie to be). Blend until smooth :-).
