fruity delish hot breakfast cereal

I make a large amt. then refrigerate. This is my favorite hot cereal breakfast. When I have other varieties of nuts or seeds available I add them. A fresh banana sliced and added pr. Bowl without cooking the banana is also good.

Ingredients
- 1 cup brown rice
- 5 - apples
- 2 - pears
- 12 - walnuts
- 3 cups water
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 4 cups almond soy milk
- 1 cup raisins
- - liberal amt of cinnamon. which speeds metabolism
- Dash - nutmeg
How To Make fruity delish hot breakfast cereal

Step 1heat to boiling 3 c. Water in med. pot. then add whole grain brown rice. Turn heat off not lifting lid at all during the steaming fluffing process of the rice.

Step 2After at least an hr. Or so lift lid and fluff with fork.

Step 3While your rice is fluffing peel and cut your fruit, and chop nuts.

Step 4After rice is fluffy add sugar, and milk. While stirring add fruit, raisins and nuts.

Step 5sprinkle liberally with cinnamon. Carefully use only a dash of nutmeg. (Optional) I add it for extra flavor and for it's nutritional value. But Not Much!

Step 6Grab a bowl and serve.
