You can use your favorite fruit with this, blueberry is just my families favorite.

  • 16 oz
    cream cheese. (2-8oz pkgs)
  • 1/2 c
  • 1 large
  • 2 tsp
  • 2 tube(s)
    crescent rolls
  • 1 can(s)
    blueberry pie filling

  • 1 large
    egg yolk
  • 1 tsp
  • ·
    powdered sugar

How to Make Easy Blueberry Cheese Danish


  1. Lightly butter a 15.5 x 10.5 inch jelly roll pan. Press 1 tube of crescent rolls to cover bottom of pan. Put in oven at 350 for 7 to 8 minutes. Cool.
  2. Beat cream cheese, sugar, 1 egg, and vanilla. Spread over baked crescent rolls. Spoon blueberries over cream cheese mixture.
  3. Place crescent rolls from second tube on top - doesn't need to cover. Brush with glaze. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar.
  4. I let it cool just a little bit otherwise it runs everywhere.
