breakfast brunch salad

I don't like many traditional breakfast foods. This is one of those perfect alternatives. It's good, yet anything but traditional. Give it a try. Lemon or pineapple juice on banana slices will help to keep them from turning brown.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

Light and filled with flavor and textures, this breakfast brunch salad will be wonderful for a brunch, Easter, or Mother's Day. Bananas, blueberries, strawberries, and orange slices add a pop of fresh fruit flavor. Granola and pecans add texture and another layer of flavor. We loved the honey flavor in the sweet and light dressing. This salad is easy to make and very impressive.
