Ingredients

  • 2 - eggs
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil, light
  • 4 - sundried tomatoes
  • 1 /2 medium yellow onion, diced
  • 2 tablespoons cheddar cheese,chopped

How To Make tangy omelet

  • Step 1
    Beat the eggs and 2 tablespoons oil in a small bowl. pour the remaining two tablespoons oil in medium skillet and warm medium burner. when skillets heated add the onion and saute till cramelized.
  • Step 2
    pour the egg and oil mixture over the onions and cook till the egg underside is firm. put the sun dried tomatos and your cheeder cheese on top of egg in skillet fold the egg underside in half and cook a minute till cheese melts slightly place on plate. serve
