This is a super easy, different and tasty recipe. Great with a side of fried ham.

Ingredients

eggs
1/2 c
heavy cream
1 Tbsp
butter
4 Tbsp
shredded swiss cheese
salt
pepper
cayenne pepper

How to Make Swiss eggs

Step-by-Step

  • 1heat a fry pan on medium low. Add butter. When melted add the cream.
  • 2slip in the eggs one at a time. sprinkle with salt, pepper and cayenne.
  • 3When the whites are almost firm, sprinkle with cheese and finish cooking.
  • 4place egg on buttered toast and top with some of the cream sauce on each.
