Ingredients
- 4 - eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 4 tablespoons shredded swiss cheese
- - salt
- - pepper
- - cayenne pepper
How To Make swiss eggs

Step 1heat a fry pan on medium low. Add butter. When melted add the cream.

Step 2slip in the eggs one at a time. sprinkle with salt, pepper and cayenne.

Step 3When the whites are almost firm, sprinkle with cheese and finish cooking.

Step 4place egg on buttered toast and top with some of the cream sauce on each.
