These are great hot out of the oven or even cold. My kids love these. Real easy fix and grab breakfast . You can melt some cheese and drizzle over for added kick.

    bulk sausage
  • 1 1/2 c
    bread crumbs

How to Make scotch eggs


  1. Hard boil 6 eggs
  2. Divide sausage into 6 equal portions
  3. Flatten portion of sausage in hands and wrap around egg
  4. Whisk 1 egg . Roll sausage wrapped egg in egg wash and roll in bread crumbs place on cookie sheet
  5. Bake @ 400 for 40 minutes turning eggs every 10 minutes
