Ingredients
- 1/2 tablespoon butter
- 1 large cremini mushroom, sliced
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 1/2 ounces havarti cheese, diced small
How To Make mushroom & havarti omelette

Step 1In small nonstick skillet, melt butter over medium heat.

Step 2Add sliced mushroom; saute 4-5 minutes.

Step 3Add salt to beaten egg, whisk with fork.

Step 4Pour egg over mushrooms in skillet and cook over medium heat, swirling gently, until almost set.

Step 5Sprinkle diced havarti over top; fold in half or thirds.

Step 6Remove from heat and allow to remain in skillet for another 30 seconds.

Step 7Serve hot.
