Step-by-Step

  1. In small nonstick skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced mushroom; saute 4-5 minutes.
  3. Add salt to beaten egg, whisk with fork.
  4. Pour egg over mushrooms in skillet and cook over medium heat, swirling gently, until almost set.
  5. Sprinkle diced havarti over top; fold in half or thirds.
  6. Remove from heat and allow to remain in skillet for another 30 seconds.
  7. Serve hot.
