- 1-3/4 cup bisquick heart healthy mix
- 3/4 cup 1% milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 - bananas, cut into 6 pieces each
How To Make mothers day quick pancake muffins

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Lightly spray a 12 muffin cup pan w/ cooking spray.

Step 2In lg bowl, combine baking mix, milk, eggs and syrup. Pour 1/4 cup of mix into each muffin cup. Place a piece of banana in center of each cup. bake 20 mins, or until light brown.

Step 3Serve w/ extra syrup for dipping.
