- 1/2 cup egg beaters egg substitute
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 2 tablespoons pizza sauce
- 2 tablespoons reduced-fat, shredded italian-style cheese
How To Make healthy pizzeria omelet

Step 1In small bowl, whisk together egg beaters and water. Melt butter in small skillet over med-high.

Step 2Add egg mix to skillet and stir gently. reduce heat to medium. Cook egg until set. Spoon pizza sauce and cheese down the center.

Step 3Gently fold over egg to make omelet, cook 2 mins more.
