I make this when I want an omelet, but a healthy one. Sometimes I add some fresh herbs like basil to it. Calories: 185

    egg beaters egg substitute
  • 2 Tbsp
    water
  • 2 tsp
    butter
  • 2 Tbsp
    pizza sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    reduced-fat, shredded italian-style cheese

How to Make Healthy pizzeria omelet

Step-by-Step

  1. In small bowl, whisk together egg beaters and water. Melt butter in small skillet over med-high.
  2. Add egg mix to skillet and stir gently. reduce heat to medium. Cook egg until set. Spoon pizza sauce and cheese down the center.
  3. Gently fold over egg to make omelet, cook 2 mins more.
