I make this when I want an omelet, but a healthy one. Sometimes I add some fresh herbs like basil to it. Calories: 185

egg beaters egg substitute
2 Tbsp
water
2 tsp
butter
2 Tbsp
pizza sauce
2 Tbsp
reduced-fat, shredded italian-style cheese

How to Make Healthy pizzeria omelet

Step-by-Step

  • 1In small bowl, whisk together egg beaters and water. Melt butter in small skillet over med-high.
  • 2Add egg mix to skillet and stir gently. reduce heat to medium. Cook egg until set. Spoon pizza sauce and cheese down the center.
  • 3Gently fold over egg to make omelet, cook 2 mins more.
