I make this when I want an omelet, but a healthy one. Sometimes I add some fresh herbs like basil to it. Calories: 185 Fat: 11 grams. Carbs: 5.6 grmas.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup egg beaters egg substitute
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons pizza sauce
  • 2 tablespoons reduced-fat, shredded italian-style cheese

How To Make healthy pizzeria omelet

  • Step 1
    In small bowl, whisk together egg beaters and water. Melt butter in small skillet over med-high.
  • Step 2
    Add egg mix to skillet and stir gently. reduce heat to medium. Cook egg until set. Spoon pizza sauce and cheese down the center.
  • Step 3
    Gently fold over egg to make omelet, cook 2 mins more.
