Healthy Breakfast Idea

This is my healthy breakfast idea under 360 calories, it was only 359 calories, and I was full and satisfied, and I had no guilt afterwards.

I made this simple omelet using a generic Egg Beaters substitute, by adding chopped shallots sweet red or green peppers, and a 1/4 cup of finely shredded cheddar cheese. The calories would have been less had I used a low fat or fat free cheese.

I enjoyed a nice healthy breakfast without the guilt and this is one way you can do it too if you are watching your intake and trying to eat a bit healthier these days. I usually add milk but had it at lunch
