- 1 - egg
- 1 slice bread
- - butter
- 1 slice baked ham
- 1/4 cup Havarti, Monterey Jack, or Swiss cheese; shredded and lightly packed
How To Make ham & egg under a blanket

Step 1Preheat oven or toaster oven to 400*F (205*C).

Step 2Poach egg in simmering water.

Step 3While the egg is cooking, toast and butter bread.

Step 4Put ham slice on toast. Warm in the oven.

Step 5When the egg is cooked, place on ham.

Step 6Sprinkle with cheese to cover.

Step 7Put in oven to melt cheese.
