An informal dish for when it is just you on the weekend.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

This ham and egg sandwich is so easy to make and a great recipe for extra holiday ham. Buttery toast is the base for all the yumminess. Savory ham is topped with a poached egg. The best part is blanketing the sandwich with your favorite shredded cheese and melting it. It's just so good and simple! Test Kitchen Avatar The Test Kitchen
