fresh laid steamed eggs (aka hard boiled)
I saw this little tip on facebook somewhere and just had to try it because I raise chickens and I hate having to wait 2 weeks to hard boil eggs! So, I messed with it, it took a few tries but for high altitude (I'm at 4199ft) 30 minutes is perfect! Note-pictures were taken of my eggs with my phone camera.
