How to Make Finnish Eggs


  1. preheat oven to 450 melting butter in a 10" Skillet.
  2. Beat eggs and milk then flour, sugar and salt.
  3. Pour mix into heated skillet. Reduce heat to 350
  4. Bake aprox 20 minutes until firm in the middle when shaken
  5. Remove from oven and add lemon juice then sprinkle with confectioner sugar. May serve with fresh fruit or jam
