Ingredients

4 large
eggs
1/4 c
cooked spinach
1/4 c
diced cooked ham
4
croissant rolls split
1/4 tsp
salt and pepper
1/4 stick
butter

How to Make Eggs, Spinach, and Ham Croisants

Step-by-Step

  • 1beat your 4 eggs in a medium bowl with the spinach, and ham till well combined. add salt and pepper and beat until well combined with the egg mixture; set aside.
  • 2in a medium non-stick skillet melt your butter on medium heat. cook your egg mixture in the skillet on medium heat till eggs are fluffy and done.
  • 3place youe eggs divided equally in between split croissants that are hot. serve immediatley ummmmm
