- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup cooked spinach
- 1/4 cup diced cooked ham
- 4 - croissant rolls split
- 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 1/4 stick butter
How To Make eggs, spinach, and ham croisants

Step 1beat your 4 eggs in a medium bowl with the spinach, and ham till well combined. add salt and pepper and beat until well combined with the egg mixture; set aside.

Step 2in a medium non-stick skillet melt your butter on medium heat. cook your egg mixture in the skillet on medium heat till eggs are fluffy and done.

Step 3place youe eggs divided equally in between split croissants that are hot. serve immediatley ummmmm
