this is my version of this dish its good on a cold morning.

Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup cooked spinach
  • 1/4 cup diced cooked ham
  • 4 - croissant rolls split
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper
  • 1/4 stick butter

How To Make eggs, spinach, and ham croisants

  • Step 1
    beat your 4 eggs in a medium bowl with the spinach, and ham till well combined. add salt and pepper and beat until well combined with the egg mixture; set aside.
  • Step 2
    in a medium non-stick skillet melt your butter on medium heat. cook your egg mixture in the skillet on medium heat till eggs are fluffy and done.
  • Step 3
    place youe eggs divided equally in between split croissants that are hot. serve immediatley ummmmm
