Ingredients
- 2 - eggs
- 2 - low calorie bread slices( i use sara lee 35 calorie bread slices)
How To Make egg baskets

Step 1spray your nonstick pan and have the pan on medium heat

Step 2cut a circle in the middle of the bread slice.

Step 3Set slice of bread in pan and crack egg inside the hole.

Step 4let cook for 2 minutes and flip over the other side/BE careful you don't break yolk. Cook for another 2 minutes.

Step 5Take out of pan and repeat with the other slice of bread and egg.

Step 6*you could add veggies or spices into the egg and let it cook but I like mine plain and simple.
