Ingredients For egg baskets

    eggs

    low calorie bread slices( i use sara lee 35 calorie bread slices)

How To Make egg baskets

    spray your nonstick pan and have the pan on medium heat
  • 2
    cut a circle in the middle of the bread slice.
  • 3
    Set slice of bread in pan and crack egg inside the hole.
  • 4
    let cook for 2 minutes and flip over the other side/BE careful you don't break yolk. Cook for another 2 minutes.

    Take out of pan and repeat with the other slice of bread and egg.
  • 6
    *you could add veggies or spices into the egg and let it cook but I like mine plain and simple.
