Ingredients
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup frozen spinach thawed and squeezed
- 1/3 cup chopped green onion
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- - pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- TOPPING
- 4 - fried eggs optional
- 2 cups prepared corned beef hash
How To Make corned beef hash over spinach cakes

Step 1Combine and mix first 7 ingredients, let set for 5 minutes in bowl, then add your cheddar cheese. In large skillet on med-high heat add oil or butter, when heated add 1/4 cup up batter to pan and flatted. Cook til edges start to brown and flip and cook for another 2 mins. Repeat with rest of batter.

Step 2Top 2 cakes with 1/2 cup corned beef hash and optional fried egg.
