cheesy-bacon deviled eggs
I have yet to see deviled eggs this way, with cheese and bacon. They came out great. What a wonderfully pretty appetizer dish.

Ingredients
- 12 - hard-boiled eggs, peeled, cut in 1/2 yolks removed to a lg bowl
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/3 cup cooked, crumbled bacon
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped chives, fresh
How To Make cheesy-bacon deviled eggs

Step 1In lg bowl, combine egg yolks, mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard and pepper. Mix well whith a fork.

Step 2Stir in a little bacon and all the cheese. Fill egg white halves w/ yolk filling. Garnish w/ remaining bacon and chives.
