I have yet to see deviled eggs this way, with cheese and bacon. They came out great. What a wonderfully pretty appetizer dish.

Ingredients

hard-boiled eggs, peeled, cut in 1/2 yolks removed to a lg bowl
1/2 c
mayonnaise
1/2 c
light sour cream
1 tsp
dijon mustard
1/2 tsp
dijon mustard
1/4 tsp
pepper
1/3 c
cooked, crumbled bacon
1/4 c
shredded cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp
chopped chives, fresh

How to Make Cheesy-bacon deviled eggs

Step-by-Step

  • 1In lg bowl, combine egg yolks, mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard and pepper. Mix well whith a fork.
  • 2Stir in a little bacon and all the cheese. Fill egg white halves w/ yolk filling. Garnish w/ remaining bacon and chives.
