Ingredients

  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup mexican blend shredded cheese
  • 1 sprig chives, dried or fresh
  • 1 teaspoon carey's salsa chipotle sauce
  • 1 - flour tortilla
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 4 - hillshire mini cheese sausage links
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise

How To Make carry out breakfast crispy style tortilla bowl

  • Step 1
    Coat small single server cast iron skillet with oil cook Hillshire mini cheese filled sausages until browned
  • Step 2
    Whip mayonnaise & egg mixture with fork or whisker
  • Step 3
    Remove sausages from pan
  • Step 4
    Scramble eggs and top with cheese & chives (sliced top of scallions)

    Turn heat off and mold sides with fingers in shape of bowl while cooling making sure and leaving bottom flat
  • Step 9
    Cool to touch then Carry Out for a quik take along breakfast
