I made these for breakfast one day, the whole family luved them! They are fast and easy to make.

Ingredients For breakfast sandwiches

  • 1 pkg
    english muffins
  • eggs
  • 1 pkg
    shredded cheese of choice
  • butter or oil
  • muffin tins

How To Make breakfast sandwiches

    Preheat oven to 350. Slice english muffins in half and lay on a baking sheet. After about 10 min. in the oven they will be toasty. Take the other half of the english muffin and add some cheese and a egg and apply top half of muffin. Can add a smear of butter on top of each muffin for added flavor. Stick back in oven for 5-10 min. until cheese is melted.
