My Fitness Pal has some wonderful and easy recipes for low calorie and high protein breakfast. Had to share this one. Easy and good. Only 271 calories!!!

Ingredients

4 small
corn tortillas
4 oz
reduced sodium deli ham
1/4 medium
red bell pepper, chopped
2 Tbsp
shredded cheese
2 large
eggs
1/2
fresh jalapeno, seeded and chopped (if desired)
enjoy with salsa, sour cream or avocado, if desired.

Step-By-Step

1Spray baking sheet with cooking spray, lay two tortillas down, top with peppers, ham an cheese, top with second tortilla, carefully crack egg over top.
2Bake at 400F for 10-12 minutes.
