FRITTATA BREAKFAST WINNER. w/ step by step photos

Nancy J. Patrykus

My friend stopped over this morning for coffee and....
I decided to make an FRITTATA instead of the usual coffee cake to serve her.
She loved it. Now she has good nourishment as she is walking in todays IRISH PARADE!
Needless to say, there was no leftovers!
Feel free to add or take away what you want. Have fun with this recipe to your liking.
Actually this is a great dish for any meal ...any time!!
