1Coat a 13x9x2-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Layer bread slices to cover bottom of dish. Sprinkle
cheese, meat and carrot over bread.
2In a bowl, stir togeteher the eggs, milk and seasonings until well mixed. Pour carefully over ingredients in baking dish. Cover. Let stand 1 hour at room temperature or in refrigerator overnight. (Take out 30 minutes before baking and let sit at room temperature).
3Preheat oven to 325F. Uncover baking dish and bake 50 to 60 minutes or until center is nearly set. Let stand 10 minutes. Cut into squares.
