tanya's crockpot breakfast casserole
A friend of mine made this a few weeks ago and brought me a couple pieces, it was wonderful..She made several single serving size conatiners and took this for breakfast just needing to be re warmed. This makes a great make ahead breakfast if your having company over.

Ingredients
- 12 - eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 package (32oz.) frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1 pound bacon, cooked, drained and cut into pieces
- 1 pound sausage, browned and drained
- 1/2 cup green onions, diced
- 1 - green pepper diced
- 3/4 pound cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard (she substitued johnny's seasoning salt)
How To Make tanya's crockpot breakfast casserole

Step 1Layer potatoes, bacon, onions, green pepper and cheese in crockpot in two or three layers.

Step 3Beat the eggs, milk, and seasoning.

Step 4Pour over the whole mixture.

Step 5Cook on low 10-12 hours, until eggs are set and throughly cooked.
