How to Make Sausage Milk Gravy
- Melt butter in saucepan. Add flour and stir till smooth.
- Then Gradually stir in milk, stirring until thickened. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add drained sausage last. Serve with hot biscuits.
- NOTE: If you prefer your gravy thinner, add more milk till it has reached the consistency you want. I use an additional 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 cups, depending on your preferance.
