sausage bake
I combined a few breakfast bake recipes to come up with this one. I am trying to avoid hydrogenated oils and increase my whole grain and fiber consumption. So I used Hodson Mill Insta-Bake in place of bread or baking mixes. I prepared this for breakfast before we took off for a short trip. It was a hit!

Ingredients
- 6 - eggs- slightly beated
- 1 can evaporated milk ( 14 ozs)
- 3/4 cup hodson mill insta-bake
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 1/2 teaspoons mustard, spicy brown
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 pound roll sausage
How To Make sausage bake

Step 1Grease a 10 inch pie plate, set aside. Brown sausage and drain well.

Step 2Stir all remaining ingredients together. Add the cooked sausage and mix. Pour into prepared pie plate.

Step 3Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 25 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean; do not over bake.

Step 4May place extra shredded cheese on top and melt, if desired. Let stand for a few minutes before serving.
