  • 5 pounds pork butt, trimmed
  • 5 teaspoons dried marjoram
  • 4 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cups water

How To Make polish sausage patties

  • Step 1
    In a food processor process pork intil coarsely ground. Place in a large bowl, add marjoram, salt, garlic powder and pepper; mix well. Add water and mix well. Shapr into 20 patties. Fry in a skillet over medium heat for 20-25 minutes. Makes 20 servings.
