Ingredients

  • 5 lb
    pork butt, trimmed
  • 5 tsp
    dried marjoram
  • 4 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 2 c
    water

How To Make

    In a food processor process pork intil coarsely ground. Place in a large bowl, add marjoram, salt, garlic powder and pepper; mix well. Add water and mix well. Shapr into 20 patties. Fry in a skillet over medium heat for 20-25 minutes. Makes 20 servings.
