overnight ham-n-cheese casserole
I make several different casserole breakfasts, this is one of my favs! It uses croutons that almost everyone has in their cupboard and left-over ham.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup favorite croutons
- 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 - eggs
- 3/4 cup milk, i used 2%
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 cup cooked, cubed left-over or deli-thick ham
How To Make overnight ham-n-cheese casserole

Step 1Microwave butter in small microwave bowl. Add to an 8" x 8" casserole pan. Add croutons and toss to coat.

Step 2Sprinkle w/ cheese. In lg bowl, beat eggs, milk and mustard. Pour mix over croutons. Sprinkle w/ ham. Cover and refrigerate over night.

Step 3Heat oven to 375 the next day. Bake for 40 mins or until eggs are set.
