Sometimes I drop cheddar cheese, chopped ham and canned or cooked mushrooms into the pancake's raw side before flipping. These can be good for brunch also.

1/4 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

1 tspeach of baking powder & soda

1 tspcinnamon
How to Make Oatmeal Pancakes
- Combine the oats, buttermilk, eggs, oil and vanilla and let stand covered 30 minutes to overnight in the ref.
- Combine the dry ingredients, break up any lumps. Combine with the liquid and don't over beat.
- Cook on medium heat on lightly oiled grill. Turn once the top has formed dry edges & bubbles appear. Place in warm oven (200 degrees) till serving. Serve immediately when possible.
