Ingredients

3 1/2 c
rolled oats
3 Tbsp
flax seeds
3 Tbsp
sesame seeds
1/2 c
sliced almonds
1 tsp
sea salt
1/4 c
brown sugar (ideal sugar free sweetener)
1/4 c
oil (canola/pumpkin/hazelnut)
2 Tbsp
honey
2 tsp
pure vanilla extract
2 c
mixed dried fruit

How to Make Homemade Granola

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 375.
  • 2Line rimmed baking sheet with foil.
  • 3In a large bowl combine all ingredients except the dried fruit and stir well.
  • 4Spread mixture on the baking sheet in an even layer. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes stirring every 10 minutes. (I find 20 to 25 mins is best)
  • 5Remove granola from the oven and cool completely.
  • 6Once granola is cool, mix in the dried fruit.
