Ingredients
- 3 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 3 tablespoons flax seeds
- 3 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 cup brown sugar (ideal sugar free sweetener)
- 1/4 cup oil (canola/pumpkin/hazelnut)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 2 cups mixed dried fruit
How To Make homemade granola

Step 1Preheat oven to 375.

Step 2Line rimmed baking sheet with foil.

Step 3In a large bowl combine all ingredients except the dried fruit and stir well.

Step 4Spread mixture on the baking sheet in an even layer. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes stirring every 10 minutes. (I find 20 to 25 mins is best)

Step 5Remove granola from the oven and cool completely.

Step 6Once granola is cool, mix in the dried fruit.
