Not entirely certain whose recipe this originally was - but it's a great morning dish. You can also add sausage!

Ingredients

1 large
bag of shredding hashbrowns
1 large
jar of regular velveeta cheese
16 oz
of sour cream
1 stick
butter
1/4-1/2
chopped onion
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom
1 tsp
salt and pepper

How to Make Hashbrown Casserole

Step-by-Step

  • 1Cook onion in butter in large pot. Add all ingredients under but the hashbrowns, mixing well. Take off heat and add hashbrowns.
  • 2Put into 9x11 greased dish, and bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
