Not entirely certain whose recipe this originally was - but it's a great morning dish. You can also add sausage!

Ingredients
- 1 large bag of shredding hashbrowns
- 1 large jar of regular velveeta cheese
- 16 ounces of sour cream
- 1 stick butter
- 1/4-1/2 - chopped onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom
- 1 teaspoon salt and pepper
How To Make hashbrown casserole

Step 1Cook onion in butter in large pot. Add all ingredients under but the hashbrowns, mixing well. Take off heat and add hashbrowns.

Step 2Put into 9x11 greased dish, and bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
