Ingredients
- 1 can 8 oz. refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
- 1 package 8 oz. smoke ham, chopped (do not use honey ham)
- 6 - eggs
- 1/2 cup cold milk
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
How To Make ham & egg casserole

Step 1Preheat over to 350 degrees. Unroll dough into a 13x9 pan; pressing to cover bottom of pan. If you can find the large roll of crescent dinner rolls - it works better but is not readily available. Firmly press holes and seams together to seal. Sprinkle ham over crust. Beat eggs, milk and pepper; pour over ham. Top with cheeses. Bake 25 minutes or until center is set.
