Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 - 8 oz. carton cottage cheese
- 2 cups monterey jack cheese, shredded
- 1 can 4-oz. can chopped green chilies, drained
- 1 tomato, sliced
- salsa and/or sour cream for topping
How To Make green chile & egg breakfast casserole

Step 1Combine the eggs, butter, flour and baking powder - mix well.

Step 2Stir cheeses and chilies into mixture.

Step 3Pour mixture into a well greased quiche dish and bake in a 400 degree oven for 10 minutes.

Step 4Slice tomato and place on top of quiche and return to the oven. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake an additional 20 minutes.

Step 5Serve with salsa and sour cream.
