Just made this for the first time. Hubby said "too sweet" So I cut back on the Sugar Substitute I had added to the Topping Mixture. Next Time I am going to try it with some blueberries in the middle! Syrup Using Monk Fruit Sweetner was used for serving

Ingredients

  •   1 pkg
    loaf of zero or low carb bread
  •   1 c
    sugar substitute
  •   2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  •   6 large
    eggs
  •   1 c
    heavy cream
  •   1 tsp
    ground cinnamon
  • CREAM CHEESE MIXTURE
  •   8 oz
    cream cheese
  •   3 Tbsp
    sugar substitute
  •   1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • TOPPING
  •   4 Tbsp
    butter
  •   1 tsp
    ground cinnamon
  •   1/2 c
    chopped walnuts (optional)

How To Make

    Cream Cheese Mixture: Combined Cream Cheese; 1 Tsp. Sugar Substitute & Vanilla Extract (mix till smooth) Set Aside.

    Cut the Loaf of Bread into cubes. Grease a 9x13 baking pan.

    Spread half of the cubes in the baking pan

    Drop random spoonful’s of cream cheese mixture over bread cubes. Place remaining Bread Cubes on top.

    Wisk the eggs, heavy cream, cinnamon, 1 C. Sugar Substitute and remaining Vanilla Extract (until smooth)

    Pour over the bread.

    Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.

    Topping: Melt Butter, stir in Cinnamon & walnuts. Pour over top.

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees; Bake 45-55 Minutes or until golden brown
