Ingredients
- 1 cup steel cut oats
- 1 can pumpkin puree 15 oz
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1/2-1 cup dried cranberries (depending on preference)
- 1-2 - large apples ( i used gala)
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 2 cups skim milk
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- - brown sugar (optional)

Step 1Mix all ingredients except brown sugar and pour into a baking dish. I like a lot of fruit so I used the larger suggestions indicated in the recipe. My husband wanted it a little sweeter after I cooked it, so I sprinkled a little brown sugar on top. You could just add a full cup of maple syrup instead of the brown sugar.

Step 2Bake at 375 35-45 minutes. Then enjoy.
