Everyone that has taste tested it loved it. My husbands hates pumpkin but says he can't taste it in here and really enjoyed it.

steel cut oats
1 can(s)
pumpkin puree 15 oz
1/2 c
1/2-1 c
dried cranberries (depending on preference)
large apples ( i used gala)
1/2 c

brown sugar (optional)

How to Make Favorite Fall Oatmeal

  • 1Mix all ingredients except brown sugar and pour into a baking dish. I like a lot of fruit so I used the larger suggestions indicated in the recipe. My husband wanted it a little sweeter after I cooked it, so I sprinkled a little brown sugar on top. You could just add a full cup of maple syrup instead of the brown sugar.
  • 2Bake at 375 35-45 minutes. Then enjoy.
