Ingredients

  • 6 c
    frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
  • 1 1/2 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 c
    diced cooked ham
  • 1/2 c
    sliced green onions
  • 8 large
    eggs, beaten
  • 2 can(s)
    (12oz) each evaporated milk
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper

How to Make Farmer's Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Arrange potatoes evenly in the bottom of a 13x9-inch
    baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese, ham, and green onions.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs, evaporated milk, salt and pepper. Pour egg mixture over potato mixture in baking dish.

    Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until done.
