Saw this on the internet. Looks yummy and easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 6 cups frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups diced cooked ham
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions
  • 8 large eggs, beaten
  • 2 cans (12oz) each evaporated milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

How To Make farmer's casserole

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Arrange potatoes evenly in the bottom of a 13x9-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese, ham, and green onions.
  • Step 2
    In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs, evaporated milk, salt and pepper. Pour egg mixture over potato mixture in baking dish. Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until done.
