Ingredients
- 6 cups frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups diced cooked ham
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 8 large eggs, beaten
- 2 cans (12oz) each evaporated milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
How To Make farmer's casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Arrange potatoes evenly in the bottom of a 13x9-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese, ham, and green onions.

Step 2In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs, evaporated milk, salt and pepper. Pour egg mixture over potato mixture in baking dish. Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until done.
