- 4 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 tablespoons grated paarmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 large zucchini, cut into 1/4"-thick slices
- - garlic powder to taste

How To Make egg & zucchini breakfast

Step 1In bowl, whisk together eggs and parmesan cheese. Heat oil ilg skillet over med-high heat. Add zucchini, and stirring, cook until browned.

Step 2Season w/ garlic powder, salt & pepper. Reduce heat to medium. Pour egg mix into skillet. Cook, stirring gently for 3 mins.

Step 3Remove skillet from heat. Cover for 2 mins or until eggs aree set.
