egg white breakfast souffle
I had some egg whites left from a recipe I had made yesterday and I didn't want to throw them out. My daughter will only eat the whites of an egg so it was a good idea to save them. I threw this recipe together off the top of my head hoping it would turn out good, and it is.

Ingredients
- 10 - egg whites
- 1/2 cup - whipping cream
- 1 cup - sharp cheddar shredded
- 1/2 cup - cooked sausage
- 1/2 cup - cooked ham
- 1/2 cup - onion, bell pepper, mixed together
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make egg white breakfast souffle

Step 1Mix everything together in a large bowl, pour into a pregreased pie dish.

Step 2Place in a preheated oven of 400 degrees. Bake for approximately 30 minutes or the top is golden brown and it's not running out when poked with a knife on top.
